New Hub for HIV Findings

Cyber-education is one innovative, inexpensive and effective intervention to reach unattended, hidden, and at-risk MSM in Central America, according to a new website aimed at reducing HIV transmission among at-risk populations in 6 Central American countries.

The use-friendly site offers data and lessons learned from the USAID Combination Prevention Program for HIV in Central America, a 5-year program  implemented the Pan-American Social Marketing Organization (PASMO).

Each of the Program’s components—behavioral, biomedical, and complementary or structural—is outlined, along with early findings that demonstrate its effectiveness on behavior change.
