Some Not-Bad ACA News

Last week's Supreme Court case challenging a key component of the Affordable Care Act overshadowed some positive—and overlooked—news on the Obamacare front, The New Yorker reports.

A new HHS analysis of the ACA shows that since the insurance exchanges opened in October 2013, 14 million uninsured have enrolled in private plans or in Medicaid. And a Congressional Budget Office report puts the cost of ACA coverage provisions from 2016 to 2025 at $1.2 trillion, a $300-billion-dollar savings over earlier projections.
