Nutrition in the 21st Century

Bringing together insights from the some of the world’s brightest minds, the free, new book “Good Nutrition: Perspective for the 21st Century” explores the economic impact of global nutrition and malnutrition. Developed by the global science-based health company DSM and the nutrition think-tank Sight and Life Foundation, the book explores food-system challenges around the world and highlights innovative, evidence-based interventions.

The book, available online for free, includes contributions from several Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health faculty members, including Klaus Kraemer, adjunct associate professor of international health; and Alain Labrique, associate professor of international health.
