Newsflash: The inventive minds at The Open Notebook, a resource for science, environmental and health journalists, are hosting what it believes to be the first science-themed peeps diorama contest.

If you don’t know ’em, Peeps are 2-inch tall, rabbit-shaped sugar-marshmallow confections.

If you don’t know what a Peeps diorama is, check out the handy examples from experts at TON, including: HamilpeepMoby Peep and Mary Anning: Paleontolopeep.
Calling on all global health peeps to represent! Deadline is March 10.

PS - Longtime readers will recall GHN covered the 2015 Washington Post Peeps contest.

Check out entry #13 in the top 50 Peeps, a recreation of the Disneyland measles outbreak. (Sadly, the contest is now defunct.)
