The brainchild of serial inventor Dan McGuire, The Food Pill Diet—patent pending—is based on the idea that if food is tasteless, the body won’t crave it.
Using himself as a test case, McGuire saw impressive weight loss results; so did participants in a beta test group.
McGuire thinks the idea might be a three-fer, helping mitigate climate change and health care costs. But will the masses embrace capsulated meals? Watch this space.
