Eat Your Megetables!

If you see a carrot on the menu at Arby’s fast food restaurants, be warned: That is not the vegetarian option.
While its rivals embrace meatless burgers, the roast beef sandwich specialist has bucked the trend, defiantly beefing up its marketing campaign by inventing a whole new category of food: “megetables.”
It would be a funny joke—if only it was one.

Enter the marrot—which sounds like a marmot-parrot meat hybrid but is actually just turkey breast contorted into carrot form and rubbed with a “special carrot marinade.” A sprig of parsley—the only plant-based element of the dish—gives it “the full carrot effect.”
