Asian-Americans Under Attack

Asian-Americans are fighting a double battle amid the global pandemic—COVID-19, and escalating racism.

President Trump insists his labelling COVID-19 “the Chinese virus” does not incite violence—but many researchers and citizens beg to differ.

Advocacy groups and news organizations have tracked an uptick in anecdotal reports of Asian Americans harassed on street corners, yelled at while taking out their trash, and physically attacked. These “spasms of hate” are not unlike those experienced by Muslims and Arabs in the wake of 9/11.

In the absence of official numbers, a website has been created to gather firsthand accounts.

Yes of course, because isolated, anecdotal incidents are representative of reality. Shame on you for spreading this leftist BS when you need to be curing the disease.
