Worried at home, he is “awake all night” after regretfully checking Twitter and reading about hundreds of campus COVID-19 cases. At college, orientation means COVID-19 tests, playing “keep-away” instead of making friends.
“Do I feel better knowing that my kids will be quarantined for weeks before classes begin? That students and faculty will be tested more often? Yes, of course. But also, my god, NO. Not at all.”
